These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use Listd Ireland (“Listd”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us

Service Type: Online directory and advertising platform for shops and services in Ireland. We also show offers and may enable bookings. In future, we may sell directly or process payments.
2. Using Listd
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not post or promote: illegal items, counterfeit goods, adult content, vapes, alcohol, or anything that breaks Irish law.
3. Accounts
Shoppers: We collect name, email, phone, address, and your preferred categories.
Business owners: We collect name, email, phone, address, and your shop’s public details.
We may verify accounts (e.g., domain or online presence). You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
4. Listings & Content
- Businesses are responsible for accuracy (prices, offers, opening hours, product details).
- Businesses may upload photos; we may moderate them.
- Misleading content may be removed after a warning.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Currently, payments are made directly to the business.
- If Listd processes payments in future (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Checkout), the business remains responsible for delivery and refunds.
6. Bookings
Bookings through Listd may be added later. Service providers are responsible for fulfilment and any issues.
7. Our Role
Listd is a directory/advertising platform. We are not responsible for quality, safety, legality, delays, loss, damage, or injury caused by any listed business. We don’t guarantee listings are always accurate or available.
8. User Conduct
- No abusive or misleading reviews. No spam or fake accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
Our site design, branding, and original content are our property. Businesses may reuse their own listing content elsewhere. Fair use is fine, but do not copy our design/branding.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll post changes here with a new date.
11. Governing Law
Irish law applies. Disputes will be handled by Irish courts.

Delivery & Returns
Listd connects you with shops and service providers. Delivery and returns are usually handled by the business you buy from.
1. Delivery
- When buying from a listed business: they set delivery times, costs, and methods.
- If buying through Listd in future: we’ll show delivery options and estimates at checkout. Delays can happen.
2. Returns & Refunds
- From a listed business: arrange returns/refunds directly with them; check their policy before buying.
- Through Listd (future): request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact the business right away with photos. If purchased through Listd (future), email us within 48 hours for help.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (food, flowers)
- Custom or personalised items
- Opened beauty/grooming products
- Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (unless faulty)
